Please note that for safety and health reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened items or provide replacements for quality issues.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Product
Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely for processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
